Edu Awake is the Erasmus+ program of the Yoga Academy Freiburg – mindfulness, yoga & resilience in teacher education (KA1, KA210, KA220)
Our goal is to bring mindfulness, yoga, and resilience into teacher education across Europe. We are developing Erasmus+ projects that create a pathway from KA1 mobilities, through KA210 partnerships, to KA220 curriculum initiatives. We would like to support teachers and educators through innovative cooperation – supporting personal growth, professional resilience, and intercultural dialogue.
For over 16 years, the Yoga Academy Freiburg has been offering comprehensive yoga teacher and therapeutic training programs, as well as a wide range of further courses and seminars. We work internationally in close partnership with the professional association BdfY e.V. (Berufsverband der freien YogalehrerInnen & YogatherapeutInnen).
Through Edu Awake, we extend this experience into European cooperation – connecting with yoga centers, schools, universities, and other educational institutions, as well as partner projects abroad. One of our current international initiatives is the Yoga Academy Freiburg – Zürich project, which highlights the expansion of our cross-border network.
